Sharna Burgess, fiancee of Brian Austin Green, has disclosed plans to undergo in vitro fertilisation (IVF) treatment in a bid to have a daughter. In an episode of the Money Rehab podcast, she revealed her intention to expand her family with Green, with whom she already shares a son, Zane Walker. Burgess expressed a desire to begin the process sooner to be as young as possible while undergoing the fertility treatment. She also announced that she and Green, who already has five children, all boys, from previous relationships, are planning to use gender selection for their next child. IVF with gender selection can be a useful tool for family balancing, but it is important to note that in the UK, gender selection is only permitted for medical reasons, such as preventing gender-specific genetic disorders.
